Oil in Alberta we have drilled we have found and why do we not use it ourselves?

You haven't drilled, you've dug it up as oil sand. You don't use it yourselves because it costs more to process it than it does to import oil from overseas. That may/will change in the future, but please don't think that it's as simple as running a hose from a hole in the ground to your car.
