They should either find a way to fund their way out of it(Drilling for Oil,or Exploiting other bountiful natural resources is indeed an option)





Or they should raise the taxes on every Californian to whatever level needed to fund it.(They voted for California's wasteful spending,let them pay for it)





Or they can cut every program they have to cut to eliminate the deficit.(If the Californians can't pay for the services,they don't get them)





Or they can find all the waste that probably accounts for the bulk of the deficit.(Might I suggest getting rid of all the Illegal Aliens,and all the Billions they cost the citizens of California)
