If the Oil companies in America could drill any place they wanted to?
would we then be less dependent on foriegn oil?If the Oil companies in America could drill any place they wanted to?
Absolutely. If we were able to drill off the coast of Texas, California and in Alaska we wouldn't need a drop of foreign oil.
